1. Would you like it if NEDMUG went to a *Mostly* LiveMeeting based group? LiveMeeting would not be used if the presentation is of a Hardware product.

Yes! I can't attend normal meetings because of time or distance. (1) 10%
No! I like going to the meetings in Waltham and "Being There" in person. (3) 30%
Maybe. It's ok to do LiveMeetings for slides and software demos, but I want to be there live other products. (6) 60%

As you can see the forums are now fixed.

However, I lost all the old posts. I tried as hard as I could not to lose the old posts, but felt it was more important just to get the forums working again.

I hope you all agree with me. Enjoy!

Streaming DVD's to my Xbox

I want stream ripped DVD's (VOB Files) to my extender (Xbox360) using Media Centre LInks but can't seem to get it to work

I have a PC running vista home premium with media centre and a NAS that I store all my ripped dvds on

By using Media Centre Links from Robert Chesworth tjis is the problem I'm gettingIf the root folder is on my NAS (W:\Movies) and the local folder on my media centre PC (C:\Xbox Movies) the xbox will not play the movies, But if I put the main movie (root folder) on my media centre PC (C:\{movie name} and the local folder still in C:\Xbox Movies The xbox then plays the movie BUT with no sound.

I would like to get this working on my NAS because of hard drive space

Any Ideas????

Regards Dan
