1. Would you like it if NEDMUG went to a *Mostly* LiveMeeting based group? LiveMeeting would not be used if the presentation is of a Hardware product.

Yes! I can't attend normal meetings because of time or distance. (1) 10%
No! I like going to the meetings in Waltham and "Being There" in person. (3) 30%
Maybe. It's ok to do LiveMeetings for slides and software demos, but I want to be there live other products. (6) 60%

As you can see the forums are now fixed.

However, I lost all the old posts. I tried as hard as I could not to lose the old posts, but felt it was more important just to get the forums working again.

I hope you all agree with me. Enjoy!

Some Advice using WHS + MCE 2005 + Xbox 360 Elite + PS3

Hi all @ NEDMUG.COM

Just some advice from other MCE 2005 / Vista MC User's....

I have a complex setup involving a Xbox 360 Elite in the Bedroom and a Playstation 3 and Sony VAIO XL series MS Media Centre 2005 in the lounge as well as a Windows home Server in the Office, I'd like to be able to view my DVD collection on my Xbxo 360 Elite which use's Extender  connection to the VAIO Media Centre 2005 , i'm currently using MyMovies ( http://www.mymovies.dk ) on the WHS  which copys DVD's directly on the WHS as exact copy's ( VOB files and Folders with Folder.jpg etc )  as well as finds movie information with cover art work automatically for both DVD copying and downloaded movies as long as the folders name has the same match as the movie Title

I  can't play back on the Xbox 360 Elite via Extender on the Media Centre 2005, either get a Window Saying "VIDEO NOT COMPATIBLE" The title you are trying to play in not supported on a Media Centre extender. ora Blue screen saying "Cannot Play Video" The file type is not recognized and cannot be played. either the correct codec (a file that compresses/decompresses audio or video) is not installed or the file is corrupt.

I've Installed KLite Mega Codec Pack latest Version as well as VLC Player on the Media Centre
